On some projects you might be involved through the design process, providing feedback to the designer. On many projects we will have already worked with the customer to develop a design and carried out calculations, making it fast and simple for you to check and certify the project.

You can also give customers the option to do some of the work themselves.
As a WikiHouse design & build company you will:
• Work with the customer to understand their needs and develop an outline design, then later a detailed design and specification.
• Provide customers with cost estimates throughout
• Ensure the project complies with all relevant regulations and codes
• Manage delivery and complete buildings to a finished state.

Teams working in partnership Architecture firms can partner-up with builders to form a design and build team together. This will make it possible for you to provide accurate cost estimates or quotes to customers during the design process, and to iteratively improve your service over time.
